意大利奶油领结面(手机拍图)
1、将意大利领结面煮熟;
2、随后控水;
3、将鸡胸肉、红椒、洋葱、黄角瓜切粒,蒜粒、葱丁用黄油和橄榄油炒香;
4、随后烹入白葡萄酒,酒香飘出即放入沥好水的领结面;
5、随后到入浓缩奶油,把料拌匀;
6、放一点盐、黑胡椒调味,带汁香浓时即可出锅;
7、装好盘后,撒一点帕玛干起司和少许意大利香菜碎即可。
特点:奶油味道香浓,领结面柔韧爽口
建议:没有意大利原料,可以因地制宜,在超市选择类似原料即可。
